mechanic77:
This is a model of a famous truck I built based on a 1-32 scale Monogram snaptite kit.
Looks good mate, are the decals your own work mechanic?
Got this one given to me by the local tyre rep in Morecambe when Bandag Tyres were on a promotional tour of the UK during the late 70s.The vehicle itself was parked at S J Bargh’s depot at Caton nr Lancaster for 2 days.
Its been in the loft for 30 yrs and still like new

A model Simon was given as a gift by Feldbinder, dont know the scale but it is huge well smart.
Am busy to build this two. The 6x6 Unipower from A.L.E and the Volvo with crew cab from Econofreight.
got a new strator took the lightbar off the volvo and put it on the strator
And in best Blue Peter tradition…here’s one I made earlier
I built this about ten years ago and it’s been sitting on a shelf in my garage.
It’s been knocked about a bit but the sunvisor and a side deflector are laying on the back
of the chassis.
This was of course when my hands didn’t shake so much and I didn’t have to wear glasses!
Completely forgotten I’d once posted models on this thread, heres the updated version of some of them and some new ones. All are 1:24th scale
Elddis F10 chopped to two axles instead of a 6x4 as previously:
Whitfield and Siddle Cook now with decals:
Stobart TGX - yes boo hissss I know but I fancied a go at the wrap
Scania T cab destined for an additional drawbar in ASG livery
A long term project, Scania truck transporter in Zandbergen livery, the vast majority of it scratchbuilt

Hope you like
Hello there. Here is my recently completed Foden Haulmaster 8 Wheel Tipper in Tilcon livery:
The cab, chassis and tipper body is scratchbuilt, wheels, engine, diffs and a few odds n sods are from other kits. The body is a little oversized for the wheels, something I will correct when I have perfected resin casting
Hope you like it
Ian
