Contact transport and shipping firm in Cernusco sur Naviglio, on the outskirts of Milan, their yard is too small to park your lorry, but the Portuguese trucks wait around for days outside Gamco, with the cab curtains drawn, nobody knows if the driver is in the cab or not.
Ask Gamco if they know of any other secure places.
Or try and ask Secure cargo based in Yate who have done Italy for Donkeys years,
Maybe there is DKV yard in Milan to use for a fee.
I never had any issues outside Gamco, train to the city is not far to walk, to get free food at Happy Hour in the Autogrill bar, just buy a drink, it is by the Duemo cathedral.
Did trip to Fiera Milan in 2011 and was given this address for parking from the Fiera Milano.

Not sure if its still operational or how much it costs as I didn’t use it,
I do know that parking trucks at the centre is not possible under normal circumstances, although I did mange it last year.
