Hiya errr ye eeer ye its 8 o clock…i’ll bet he dosen’t moan when his hotel is full of people going to the transport
weekend to see…yes you guessed TRUCKS. all lined up in a field. when we drive past people are hanging
out of the windows of his hotel waving and hes one of the raking in the pounds.I’d have cracked him one speaking
like he did to that driver. whats he think we are dogs. anyhow his watch may have been slow.

The bloke is ■■■■■■ off.
■■■■ happens.
Sometimes people get the hump.
I’m undecided…clearly he’s wound up. It’s obvious that he comes across as an annoying wassock.
At the same time I can see he’s voicing his displeasure about something that is clearly providing him grief.
He’s steadfast enough to not give a toss about upsetting a bunch of stereotypically no nonsensense working men to get his point across.
Fair play to him for being prepared to upset the applecart.
I’d probably just stew in me own juice.

an inability to view the larger picture outside his own world.
this would be the first guy to complain when his buildings damaged
“why did’nt they sort out the sea defences earlier”
nob head.
I would’ve parked up and revved the ■■■■ off the truck constantly until 8am. Then had a 45
obviously mr turner is a muppet,no doubt the N clark driver will be getting a disciplinary for his v sign, that would be so typical of an employer, although there is proof on film, nine times out of ten employers allways believe the public when they phone or e mail about a driver,i have had experience of it,even though i was 100% in the right my ■■■■■■■■ employer believed the car driver and i got a disciplinary
I’d like to stay at his hotel
The N Clarke driver was merely suggesting it was actually 2 minutes past 8.
Result of care in the community policy.

To be honest, I’d very much doubt that. I expect the office staff think Mr Turner is a cretin, but have made all the right noises, I would do the same myself- “I can assure you Mr Turner that I will take the appropriate action”, which would translate as “I’ll give the driver a £20 bonus this week for giving me a laugh”
It was nearly 10am, the guy put his watch back an hour the other week, instead of forward.

I had some bloke in a van ring up and say I “forced him into the central reservation on a slip road”, the fact was lane 2 of the slip road merged into lane 1, 3 cars passed me up the slip road, he chanced his arm and ran out of road, yet rather than backing off because he didn’t have room he kept his foot in. I moved over onto the hard shoulder but only gave him a vans width.
He wasn’t impressed and harassed me for about 10 miles down the M6, luckily I was on the phone to the office while he was upto his antics.
Office asked me for a statement and said I did the right thing, didn’t hear another thing about it lol.
Get back to your bedrooms breakfast not ready its not 8 o’clock yet
bet they made lot more noise bouncing out when they had tipped
Could you imagine trying to check.in to his B&B at 15:55 instead of 16:00. He’d have an anurism.

Fair comment Hiabman . Far too many replies on here are all for confrontation resulting in Joe Public seeing drivers as knuckle draggers once again . Park up and go for breakfast if the guys gets that upset .
He rightly or wrongly vocalized his opinion , better than being down trodden .
BTW , anyone see the program on C5 tonight about the immigrant 3.14keys claiming benefits ? How long has that bollox been going on yet nobody seems willing to do anything about it , your tax pounds being wasted . Maybe Mr Turner or his ilk should speak up more often David and his recent predecessors have done SFA .
Oh goodness me. What the heck are all these videos showing. The people who film them clearly thing they’re blowing the lid off the next tiananmen square but sadly it’s a bloke who’s crawled out of his pit, missed his eggs and bacon and headed into the street in his dressing gown to film his watch ticking past 0758 with a back drop of bemused wagon drivers whilst pointing out its 120 seconds from being 8am.
The best thing to do with any protesters is to ignore them. I’ve been to a few sites where protesters wave banners as you pass, shout whatever. It annoys them when you act like they’re not there. Works with charity collectors in the street too.
Wonder if he had hard hat , hi viz and safety boots on to be on the site ? Possibly a site induction , someone should of just layed the bellend out
Seems better to have the lorrys on site than jamming up the roads.
Anyone whos done work involving construction will have had this.
I had it happen as i was waiting to go on to a job where they were building a school. Some woman lived on the street had a go at may saying i shouldnt be there they dont want the school she was lost for words when i said it wasnt me who give them permision to build the school.
I also saw the tv programme called “Gypsies on benefits”
One house had 30 of them living in it.
