McGregor logistics doncaster

Anybody on here work/worked for them?
Cheers.

They run turf into our yard. Obviously a marmite job, as they have guys that have been there for years, or they seem to be on their first day/week :open_mouth:

They are always advertising. There’s a reason for that.

A bloke left our place for them, few years he’s been there now he loves it. He has a shiny truck to drive so he’s happy… He did tell me when he started he was running out of time at Newark etc and someone was fetching him back… But he drove the van back so take that how you want

Everybody is these days it seems. I’ve even seen drivers required stickers on the back of stobart trailers.
I’d have to be mad to leave where I am tbh but I’m getting fed up with certain things. I sent them my cv the other day and they rang me back. They assured me I would earn what I’m earning now but they do expect max hours and I would probably be out all week which I don’t mind but do like to get home a couple of times a week. I just wanted to hear from one of their drivers how they treat you, I.e if they’re respectful or not. Another place I’ve sent my cv to is green group. I got a voice mail the other day from them saying they would call me back this coming Monday.

Depends, driving van counts as other work.

That’s my point :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:

Depends entirely on the circumstances really doesn’t it :unamused:

Don’t cast aspersions on a company on a very generalised MMTM situation…

Only if you’re out of duty time. Personally I wouldn’t do it on a regular basis though, a one off to help out maybe, but not as a habit. Each to their own though.

Completely missing the point - but this is Trucknet :unamused:

Yeah ok, I think I get you [emoji53]

I really wanted to hear straight from the horses mouth so to speak from somebody who has recently or is still employed by them. I’ve been where I am for 12 years so any change is a big deal for me. I’ve heard so many different stories about them but it’s all hear say so not based on facts.
