Once again we see that the one rule for the rich and another for the poor aspect is enforced again.
So poor Martha gets 5 months jail and 5 months house arrest to follow but still gets to go home to her multi million dollar mansion to await the appeal.
Other regular people would go straight to jail to await the appeal 
In any case, what appeal 
she has broken the law, been found guilty and should be now locked up like anyone else. Her co-criminal friend is locked up so why not her 
Always has been, always will be. One rule for the rich, one rule for the rest.

If I had done what she did, I’d have been in jail from the time I was arrested to the time I left prison after the sentence.
