I was sat in traffic yesterday, crawling through bracknell about midday, when this LHD sprinter van on gb plates pulled up next to me, all the tassled curtains, fresnel lens etc. so got talking to the driver, young lad about 25,
me-alright mate, do you go abroad in that?
him- yeah!
me-where you off to then?
him-ATHENS 
me-so are you going ancona patras then?
him-nah! long way round commie bloc, only 12 hours longer in a van
so anyway got chatting about the job and he says that all vans have to go on tachos next year! that’ll change the job a bit…nice chap don’t know if he posts on here or not
