Thatcher was the death knell of the working man/woman in this country and all the social conditions being deteriorated ever since…She truly was an awful woman, the spawn of Satan.If you read the various accounts of the workings of The Frankfurt School you’ll find that Thatcher was despised by these people. They worked constantly throughout her tenure to undermine her from within resulting in her being deposed when she refused to have anything to do with the political integration of the EEC into the EU leading up to the Maastricht Treaty.
She may not have been all things to all men but she was the last Prime Minister to have put this country first.
I agree, she polarised everyone, she polarised me because whilst i hated much of what she did in respect of selling the country’s family silver and her share in the de-industrialisation of the country, i also respected her as someone you knew where you stood with and who stood by her decisions without looking for someone else to blame*, ask her a question you got an answer, you might not like the answer but you got one, since she’s gone that has never once been the case for they are now liars all, and we the proletariat are all worse off as a result.

I believe if Thatcher was PM now we would already have left the EU at least 6 months ago, who would at this moment be desperately trying to forge free trade deals with us.
