What is it with Maritime that you guys are -ive in your comments?
Am not trying to ask you to open up on this page am just trying to get an inkling of what is up with them? Being a newbie in fending for myself, I am just scanning the world for work driving my own truck.
Also, as an owner driver would you go to the jobs board that is here on our website (at trucknet.uk) to find work.
Maritime opened a depot in Milton Keynes, started running out of Fanny ■■■■ (reopened Tosco Site) a few of our Polish Drivers jumped ship & as far as I know they are still there, I was thinking about it, but after a couple of mates tried it & didn’t last 5 minutes, I didn’t bother.
Apparently they like to Max out your hours, you share a tractor/Nights/Days & it’s a lot of Groundhog Day Work on Boxes, Felixstowe-Crick-Felixstowe-Crick-Felixstowe-Crick-Felixstowe -Crick etc, etc, money’s ok, but a lot of us have got ‘Some’ Family life to live for.
Edit-
Oops, just read you opening post again, obviously I’m talking about working/driving for them.

They treat the subbies just the same mate, or even worse, depending on the depot
Steer well clear if you are looking for subbie work, the only difference being an OD, is the cab hopping won`t effect you
