When I start my shift and put my card in and lets say I finished 2am uk time The pervious shift when it ask me what time I finished say I finished work at 230am uk time would I have to enter 130am ?

If you’re using one of the old type digital tachographs (manufactured and fitted before October 2011) you would put 01:30 UTC time which would be 02:30 UK local time.
If you’re using a new type digital tachograph you put the manual entries in local time and the tachograph converts it to UTC time.
