Anyone know what the roads to/from it are like? It feels like overall this will affect less people that stuffing the entire M20, but the locals are probably not going to love it.
It’s dual carriageway for most of the way there along the Thanet way. Only A road single carriageway from there to diver though which will cause problems.
Apparently the locals are actually very happy about it. I suppose for Mr & Mrs average this is the lesser of two evils and way better than having the whole corner of Kent gridlocked.
One thing is for certain, if I lived around there I’d be on E bay buying a couple of burger vans, finding a couple of large breasted Lithuanian/Polish speaking young ladies to staff the vans and heading off to the airfield to make my fortune.
