I love Monday mornings on the M6 going south. Nothing like a bit of roadworks topped off with an RTA. Qued up from just after Sandbach to get to St Helens, and then all the way down to Lymm. Been told someone’s being cut out of their car at Stoke so that’s my morning buggered.

Yeah I went up to Huddersfield last Friday afternoon. Say nav said 2.25 hours and it ended up 3.5. No crashes either just sheer volume.
Birmingham to at least Thelwall needs 4 permanent lanes. It’s a joke.
It seems that every time the traffic news comes on there is a crash at or near stoke on the m6. I know that there are roadworks there, but still…
