M6 Birmingham traffic Saturdays?

What’s the traffic like around Brum on Saturday afternoons ■■
I’m travelling to Wrexham in the morning and back in afternoon
From Southampton

Sound til someone crashes or breaks down.

Yeah it’ll be fine as long as there’s nothing exceptional happening.

Back to Rugby from there I stick on the A41 and rejoin M6 at M54. Or if it’s knocked I’ll cut through Wolverhampton to West Brom onto the M5/M42 then I’d guess you could head down the M40.

You should sail through both ways, but i always have a quick poke nose on the old google traffic before committing, as you know you have the choice of going either way around.

Thanks guys [emoji106]
I would like to get as far south as I can and I should be empty as well on the way back

If empty then depending which side if Wrexham then either the 41 or the 483 down to the A5 then M54 would probably go up that way too M6 best avoided, if the weather is good it will be a nightmare from the M6 to Wrexham via the M56 as everybody will be heading into North Wales

I never go right up to m56

Nope cricket is Sunday
Had a laugh head up to M54 junction at the idiots who didn’t look at gantry signs and were running at least a mile or more up hard shoulder when the all lane running wasn’t active , so a few letters in the post me thinks
I’m currently on A41 having a bite to eat

Its the tunnel effect, their field of vision is what would be seen through a tube that auto deletes anything more than 50 yards directly in front.
