Can you no longer turn right at Junc 11 M5 southbound?
You always used to. Google doesn’t allow it and a street view shows why. On the day the camera van went round the road was closed to right turners!!
Just wondered if this is another Google stuff up or is that no longer possible due to road alterations?
The bridges have had road works for ages. Just get off, turn left and do a U turn at the first roundabout, or follow the diversion signs and get off the next junction to go to Gloucester.
As its really badly marked, little tip. As soon as you are forced onto the dual carriageway, get in the righthand lane and keep in that until past the first 3 junctions. Think its marked park n ride.
Tnen you have the fun of getting back onto the A40 as you’re in the far right lane of the carriageway so naturally a complete annoyance to all the BMWs.
I only do it at night and that’s fun, cant imagine during day. Personally I would look at going in via J11a or the one below Gloucester services and back up. Its really no longer.
I use Junction 11a for Gloucester, at the first roundabout just come back on yourself and then move out the left lane (for M5) and head towards Gloucester.
