I did notice that today actually. First I’ve heard about widening work though. That’s gonna cause chaos!
Bit suprising as they only finished that barrier work last year, over that viaduct before junction 18 clockwise at Chorleywood. I can’t see them widening that viaduct so that’ll be a nice bottleneck.

They must be branching out. 
And there was me thinking that in these harsh economic times, we were simply saving on timber imports
