whoever operates this area is stupid,
sunday went up no probs to leicester came back and its 50-60 70-50 saying congestion… it wasnt even normal traffic but the hard shoulder was open… but at j12 they was a broken down car on the live lane hard shoulder a bus just missed hitting it 
then at j11 another car with hazards on the peeps up the bank but no sign of the red crosses and hardshoulder closed signs to be seen…
