Agreed. Not liking all the sucking up that some people are doing since he posted. He shouldn’t be on the road, period. The latest video clearly shows him braking when the car pulled across the front of him which he could’ve avoided easily enough, but he wanted to make sure he got some footage for his YT channel and deliberately stopped braking so that he could ram the car. Shocking driving.

Thanks for your comments, I will take them on board and will consider the criticism. The threats to pass on my details to the police I believe is not called for as the police saw the incident ( involving the car at the roundabout) and offered to help. Along with the threats ? to contact my employer, please don’t waste my employers time as they have a copy of the videos too.
I feel the personal comments about the shape of my head are childish, I don’t comment on other drivers/persons body shape.
The incident involving the head-on on the M1 was not my fault, the said car was hit by a luxenbourg truck as he over took me and spun the car in to my path ( yes I was driving on the hard shoulder as the matix signs opened it up ) the car drove towards me with no where for me to go to avoid him.
Im not spineless southerner, I didn’t realise the was thread on here criticising me until it was pointed out.

Well, it’s ok replying and saying you will take the criticism on board but will you ? Try discussing some of the videos with other members ,explain your justification for staying in the outside lane ,or driving so aggressively you nearly rear end a skip wagon at a set of lights .There seems to be a lot of good and very experienced drivers on here that can offer lots of advice and knowledge(indeed i hope to be one myself one day) if you are prepared to listen.
The roads have changed a lot since you used to sit in the cab with your dad and i suspect that is part of the problem .If you don’t listen to the advice of others you will end up in a serious accident without doubt and in such cases even my limited experience tells me that it is always the HGV driver that gets arrested .
Chris, why don’t you get some help for your anger management issues, properly learn how to drive a HGV and then post some videos up on YouTube of your progress? You could make a video diary out of it and be famous like Switchlogic.
What was that pulsating noise coming from your cab at the time of the collision?
Was it your own right turn indicators that were signalling and misleading the Volkswagen driver?

I think you should forward that video clip yourself to the Volkswagen driver as well as her insurance company.
It does not seem right that you should publicize on Youtube the Volkswagen drivers’ (apparent) fault when she herself may be unaware of that tape being broadcast. Particularly as the Volkswagen registration plate can be identified.
It would be better that you forward the video to them rather than to have someone else from this forum doing it for you.

I agree, as I said before he needs some sort of driving refresher course. OK maybe he can physically drive, but like a LOT more drivers today he needs to drive his truck different to the way he would drive his car, and THAT is his main problem. When he susses that out for himself everything else, road positioning, attitude to smaller vehicles, and empathy with other truck drivers just comes natural, THEN you are entitled to call yourself a driver.( not when you have passed your test and out on your own, curtains drawn, with your V8 and flashing your row of 6 Kelsas… as a LOT do think .)

As for the guy having the balls to come on here and speak up for himself you have to give him a bit of credit (No Rob, I aint sucking up) but I will say to him no ifs, buts, or maybes, you HAVE to change your driving attitude…end of! or get out before you are the cause of a death, maybe even your own! as looking at your vids, it is only a matter of time otherwise,…and maybe a few more should take the same advise

To take on board and consider sounds like you’ve heard what everyone is saying but still couldn’t give a toss.
Do you mind me asking what your employers response was after seeing the video and did the police actually witness the crash or just turn up afterwards?

I doubt his employers have seen the vids as he surly would have been sacked.he needs to realise he’s driving a truck not a car and drive it responsibly not like a over grown boy racer.sort yourself out before you do some serious damage

I would like to know where he was looking in the vid on the roundabout?
Anyone watching it can see the car clearly indicate and slow down before turning, so why didn’t you?
Even if you were looking in the mirrors, it should have been a glance at the most and there should have been plenty
of opportunity to see the car’s actions and drive accordingly.
I have had many opportunities to have crashes due to other people’s stupidity/incompetence but have always done
what I could to avoid crashing, mainly out of instinct to avoid a collision. It would appear that you lack this instinct,
or have the ability to over ride it, maybe due to the camera?

His actions appear to be out of order and indefensible. Posting them on youtube and then looking for support here is a stupid thing to do.
However, playing amateur detective, calling for investigations by various agencies, mentioning Police Officers by name and posting pictures of people you would wish to see investigate an allegation is also stupid and peurile.
There are enough parties with vested interests against our industry, can you imagine these people reading this thread?
I’m not defending him and I’m not saying people shouldn’t feel free to criticise anything, I’m against the way people are doing it.
