I,m actually heavier than you now Charlie at just under 19 stone,
so i,m thinking the only way is to stop eating for a month. 
My lungs are knackered so exercise is not the way for me mate,
i,ve only got to do a trailer change and i,m reaching for the inhalers. 
Must,nt grumble though aye.
