Load Concrete railway sleepers! Haulage

We have aggregate bays in our yard. They are built from hollow concrete blocks back-filled inside with concrete. Then rods of 10mm Re-bar dropped down inside.

They have resisted tippers and our manitou bucket loader hitting them for upwards of 20 years, and are still standing!!!

Leave your concrete sleepers, build them out of block!!!

Just a thought have you tried talking to a Heavy Haulage
STGO company as they would be able to carry much more
in weight wise

I thought for heavy haulage, carrying more than the normal legal limit, is for indivisible loads, 300 sleepers are clearly divisible.

You are correct… and got there before me… again!
