Viehla - Toulouse with a decent motor. There is a 4m tunnel but I used to use it a lot years ago and I believe the road is much improved now too 
food for thought. But not for our old bus and the loads we carry. . .

I planned to use it a few months back, had a drop in toulouse and the next one was in granada but afaik the road was already signposted off the A64 as “Espanha - 7.5t”

I’d have gone Irun as well, a few more miles in Spain but an easier route through France.
