Hello people of the world wide interwebs. Question, do any of you know a decent place to park a unit only within walking distance of Liverpool city centre? Just an industrial estate or somesuch. And yes I’ve heard all the Liverpool jokes before! I used to live there I know what it’s like, just never parked there. Will be at least an 11 but may become a 24 hence the need to be within walking distance of somewhere worth walking to!
I used a little ind est in Birkenhead, and I recall a ferry across. Too far maybe…Ah forget this one!

Friday night in Liverpool!!!
I would watch, that’s for sure.
There did many years ago used to be a transport cafe with parking on the dock road ,dunno if it still exists or not though, the only industrial/trading estate type of place i can think of is a small one called the rocket, at the end of the M62 but that would require a bus or taxi into the city or the only other place i can think of that is close to the city (in the city) is http://g.co/maps/huy2b but i don’t know if hgv’s can park on there or not
As a previous poster stated Waterloo Road. park near the city end of there and you can easily walk into the city centre as I used to always do whilst in the area.
There is also a lovely little Greek place to eat in that you will pass as you walk down Waterloo Road!

Thanks for the advice chaps. After consulting the map this is the option I’ve gone for. Parked outside a Toys R Us. Looks ok.

He’s already gone off to visit his relatives, said not to expect him back before morning!
There is an indoor climbing wall near where you are Switch called ‘Awesome Walls’.
The owner is a great bloke and always let me keep my tractor unit on his car park.
I’m sorry I didn’t notice your thread sooner.
