If you could find a bird fully clothed and half decent looking in there you would have done well, he must be thinging of junction 29 on a Thursday.
Not spent a penny on doing the place up,but they do not have to as 250 lorries a night pull in there,multiply £17 by 250,not accounting for the bar and bits from the shop,they are very wealthy,good luck to them.
At least when it is shut,the outside shower and wc block is heated up for us.24/7.

Positive comments are they are friendly owners and have been recognised by the Queen at Buck palace for 43 years of service to drivers,the crucifix above the roof will guard the parked lorries at night in the secure parking.
An emphasis on religion when you enter the premises,each to their own,if it makes them happy.

My thoughts are,that the food could be improved,it appears to be sloppy,like you give to the dog,no money has been spent since the war,the seating is too far away from the table,you need 4 feet long arms to eat.
The flooring is now too old and well worn out,along with the seats and tables,showers have gone past the sell by date,but do the job,it is not the Ritz,or the Hilton,they can get 200 wagons a night in there.
Funny that,you read my mind,as i was going to post about the mixed grill,the guy sat opposite me had the that meal,it did look horrendous,like Al Queada had attacked the plate,it did not look like a mixed grill,more like road kill,i felt ill looking at it.I felt ill after my liver and onions,turning tummy,but joking aside,i wont pay for rip off msa muck.
