From 26th June Lidl will be selling electric cool boxes, 22l capacity, for 24.99 and also regular cool boxes 24l cap, for 8.99.
Good little coolbox imo. I have a 30 litre one from there was £39.99 and does the job.

They all appear to be at it at the mo. I’ve had mine about 5 years ad is a brill bit of kit, even better if you get a mains adapter and use it as a drinks chillier when the fridge is full
Has anyone tried one of these? I looked. atone but the packaging said 12 or 240 volt operation. I need it to work off 24 and of course the shop girl didn’t know.
I got the bigger one for £34.99 at Easter. It’s brilliant. Haven’t you got a 12v Hella socket you could run it off?
I got some cheap luggage straps off eBay, along with a few seat belt pads (£3 from China I think) and my mum sewed me up an ace harness on her machine, so it won’t fall off the passenger seat when I brake. She even put my some eyelets on it so I can put a little padlock on it at night or weekends to stop our theiving loaders from nicking my nice cold cans of pop.
I just use mine via 12v in eco mode.
It doesn’t run all the time, just kicks in when it gets too warm inside and it keeps everything nice and chilly. My can of lager at the end of the day never tasted so good!
I have run one for about 5 years. Runs 24 hours during the week. Never had any problems.

Good Old Mum!!!
Ex seamstress. What my mother can’t make, isn’t worth making. Dad “acquired” her industrial sewing machine from the factory when it went bump in the early 80s, since then she’s not only made entire wedding outfits for whole wedding entourages, never bought curtains in her life, but she’ll give anything a go. She’s made gun cases, fixed tents etc.

That reminds me of a great piece of graffiti that stated “my Mother made me a homosexual” and underneath someone had written “if I gave her the wool would she make me one too?”
