D4 LGV medical at age 45 in 2027 ?
B is valid til age 70 when a self medical declaration is required
Bit unusual because most LGV licences are now only valid for 5 years at a time with a self declaration medical required until age 45 then full D4 medical from age 45 onwards
Have you also noticed that the B+E you got given after passing C+E is valid at the same date as the B licence?
The reason is that C+E upgraded B to B+E but B+E is not subject to the same medicals rules as LGV

So when I pass C+E I will automatically get B+E.

YES
I should have said the B+E you get after passing C+E because at the moment they are all provisional but the outcome will be that you get full B+E and it will always have the same expiry date as B
All LGV and any PCV you might get in the future will always be subject to the D4 medical expiry date rules
