I didn’t think it would be long before you took the maggot Alan.

I was never grumpy,must have been either Alan Bailey or John Drury,not me for definite.Anyroad you always got a trailer off me,never kept waiting as far as I remember.

And I don’t think I was bad looking…

Bloody hell,old Norman is dead,took some friends to see his grave in Bride churchyard,in the north of the island t’other day.
Every time I see it I think I can hear him shouting “MR GRIMSDALE”.

Hi Alan,I thought that but then saw the LONDON DEPOT on the door,on the body it has LONDON,MANCHESTER,ROTHERHAM,so not sure if having london on door meant it was based there.

New years eve her again, sat here thinking back about 50 years going out to let the new year in around the village coined in just over £100, I was out until about 4 am but was up at six on New Years Day to go with the old man to Hull docks, that I think was the only time he made me pay for breakfast. memories of LGT
