So was speaking with one of my mates the other day and he was telling me that when he’s on a night out he leaves his card in the Tacho unit.

Yes but need to finish off by telling it what country you finished in.

How would you go about doing this if you don’t eject it?

Is there certain rules that have to be applied to leaving your card in ie selecting what Country you have finished in?

The rules are no different whether you leave the card in or take it out, you have to enter the end country, and the start country when you begin again, each time regardless.
If you always start and finish in the same country you won’t evenaahve to scroll and select it, that will be the default option.
