Laptops

At the moment i run my laptop through an inverter wires all over the cab does my nut in :imp: . Plus when the goods in nazis take my keys no power. Running off the battery(about 1.5hrs) keeps running out, being a box jockey sometimes 3 to 4 hrs unloading. Anyway to the point i’ve seen on ebay 12v chargers for my laptop £13.99 was just wondering if anyone has experience of these(my 12v socket still works with ignition off) Input please fellas thanks…

I’m sure I read somewhere about a driver handing in his car keys and then leaving without them. Several hours round trip later he got in his car to go home. :unamused:

Why not buy a spare battery for you laptop?

Get you a bundle spare Key for the Nazis from a Scrap Yard

i use a maplin 12 v inverter good bit of kit £25 let laptop charge all night does’nt kill your batterys

Don’t bother even thinking of buying an inverter to power a laptop charger, they eat the batteries unnecessarily when you only need a stepup 12v to 18-20volt one like mentioned above. Inverters are useless for this, and some wont work anyway as lappy power supplies sometimes don’t like modified sine wave inverters, some will only run on “pure” sine wave inverters. Been there, done that and now use the other option with no problems.
