That’s some good news
Won’t go down too well with the remain camp though!

What a bizarre comment.
.
As someone who regularly crosses the Channel I don’t like any of the new rules, regulations, documents, checks and controls and general red-tape that is already there, and is still to come later. Why would those of us who are against all of this pointless and expensive extra officialdom and bureaucracy be upset that some of it is going?

That ship has sailed.

As far as I’m concerned, we had a democratic vote. Leave won, remain lost.
As a result of that vote Brexit eventually happened. Remainers now have to get over the disappointment of losing and get on with it, in much the same way as leavers would have had to if the vote had gone the other way. Moaning about every little thing that has been or will be changed as a result of Brexit won’t change anything back again.
So what will or won’t go down too well with the remain camp is a none issue.
