We both know i’m not talking about the usually underpaid boys and girls who empty the bins or cut the grass or sweep the streets and other other assorted grimy jobs the champagne socialists look down upon and have never once experienced for themselves, i’m talking about the armies of pen pushers and managers involved in local and national govt and the umpteen quangos who no one dare take on despite the many broken promises of bonfires of quangos.
