Thanks old bean
On the day you wrote this I delivered Ben & Jerry’s in Vermont and drove down 22A to home, the temp plunged to minus 38 f with a wind chill of minus 50f, damm cold, it took me 20 minutes to wind the legs down on the trailer because the grease had frozen and I was wearing insulated Carhartt jacket, cover trousers and boots to keep the cold out, I took my glove off for a second to fit a anti theft lock and my fingers stuck to it, I had to hold it in the exhaust area to free it. Last night I was hooked to a loaded tanker for Boston MA delivery this morning, I moved off when I got up and turned sharp right out of the gate, one of the super singles had frozen and lost some air, as I turned it popped right off the bead and I had to call out a tyre fitter, the poor little Mexican worked for over an hour in zero F degree’s to fix it.

oh sooooooooooooo glad I,m not trucking here or back in the UK.
