Junction 24 Truckstop M5 Bridgwater

What a great shame, once again everyone thinks you can do a 15 hour shift and accept being fed kiddies food at this truckstop.
The drivers menu times changes all the time, one time it was last orders for food at 19.45 and shut at 20.15 SHARP.
Now last orders is half an hour later.
After 17.15 or 16.45 who cares, the drivers must have a menu of kiddies food, for example sausages with bubble and squeak or veggy quiche, both of this you can have chips.
My advice, keep the £5 meal voucher for breakfast and have a real meal at the Compass Inn, or the new Marstons pub chain called the White Willows, for Peri Peri chicken or steak meals.
The new shower block is spot on.
If they want drivers to stop overnight and eat there, they must get their act together or lose trade. The evening choice of meals is not worth the £ 5 voucher. They are doing it on the cheap and it shows.

Is that where Graham’s (Wood’s Cafe) used to be?

Steve

I think the ‘truckstop’ is actually the livestock centre, as Graham’s café site has been given over to development, and only the petrol station remains.

Yes it is there’s a pub there now.
