Last Monday in Yonkers refinery when I was waiting to load for Ben & Jerry’s our resident lazy git was waiting too and by ‘lazy’ I mean really lazy, this guy does nothing more than the minimum to get his promised minimum of $1200.00 a week, as usual he was complaining, or at least that’s what I think he was doing ? he has a very strong Dominican accent. This guy had to preload 4 tankers then take the first one he loaded down to Bordentown, a distance of 78 miles, unload (45 minutes) and return to go home, he was telling me he was not going to take the load. “Take the load, you have 4 hours left, if you run out of hours lay over, that’s why yu have that fully equipped Cascadia, that’s what you are paid for” I told him. I thought nothing more about it until I was leaving and saw his truck parked in the corner, I called to se if he had refused and the load still stood there ?
“Yep ! he refused, we are gonna have to suspend him over this” came the reply.
I just found out he got his suspension … One day suspension … Sunday FFS 
I’ll bet he is really upset about not being made to work Sunday
