this company seem to be constantly looking for drivers and will take guys on with little experience anybody know what there like to work for ■■?
It will be multidrop which they do in artics at times. There is a Spar up the road from me that gets its delivers from a double decker.

Same story as Co-op who are also always looking for drivers at Lea Green. It’s multidrop convenience store work.
In other words… day spent battling to park the wagon which is often too big for purpose, getting ■■■■■■ off with parked cars, grief from the local NIMBYs, lumping cages over knackered pavements & slopes, stores on bloody petrol forecourts, crap hours etc. etc.
Easier money to be made.
I did a couple of days there about 7 years ago and it was a bloody nightmare, all of the negatives above plus loading and de-kitting your own wagon, I vowed never to go back
Often pass these lot on the a59 Blubberhouses early doors. they take no prisoners, think they must be trialling the new speed limits before they come into force 
I would think twice about taking this job on , its the same set of problems in my part of the world , CJ Lang Dundee do the same type of work with wagon and drags and artics , nightmare !!! .
I currently work in a Spar at a petrol station (doing LGV training in my spare time) and we have no end of issues with James Hall. I am sure none of it is the drivers fault. A few months ago, our deliveries would arrive at around 7am. Before the morning rush, now it generally seems to arrive at around 11. The route in for the deliveries is via our exit. So battling with cars trying to leave. At busy times this is a nightmare, and then the driver has to do a 3 point turn in a narrow narrow gap, where many drivers have crashed. Also it is my understanding that drivers only get their bonus if all items are delivered. We are regularly missing one thing or another. Sometimes entire cages haven’t arrived. Seems to be a different driver every day at the minute too. Not surprised they’re desperTe.
