Iveco eurocargo automatic gear clutch fault

Hello,
Im a first time poster please bear with me.
So i drive a 64 plate iveco eurocargo 18t rigid low mileage 74k miles well serviced. Last week the clutch failed completely and had a new clutch installed. Today after driving for about a hour the gear changed from 3rd to 4th but seemed to miss 4th and went into 1st and almost put me through the window screen. I had a yellow transmission warning flash up on the dash and it went off.
After returning it to the garage they plugged ecu in and its showing no faults no over rev registered ect and seems to be driving normal again.
All fluid levels are okay.
Next step is to drive it to iveco but dont fancy driving it 45miles wondering if im going to end up coming to an abrupt halt again.
Has anyone come across this before and know what the issue might be.
Any help would be gratefully received

That sounds more like the power pack going down, usually or eventually it will leave you in 3rd at a junction, stall and not select a gear again. If the people you use have only stripped it down and done a gearbox clutch pack without recalibrating the power pack that could be the fault, so a recalibration could cure it or it maybe the power pack itself, either way if its left untreated it will definitely leave you stuck on the side of the road
