Over on my American drivers’ site there was something similar posted about BP taking over a chain of truck stops there.
The replies weren’t polite, several mentions of oil pollution in the Gulf of Mexico. 
They object to oil spills? Good.
Doubtless they will all be in favour of doing away with all oil tankers and be supporting electric vehicles then!
