So I just keep that automated email?
Yes, keep the automated email plus your original email request. Best printed off but can be shown on a phone or other device to the examiner.

Then you will be certain you have CE provisional, isn’t your training provider keeping you straight on this?
I actually sent off for my provisional in October but only got my license back this week however I will contact them next week. Just thought I’d ask here first that’s all.
