Hello all i currently work 6 days on then one day off then five days on two off so next week i will be doing a five day week but the agency told me i can do a six day because im having five days off over xmas so can i do two six day weeks in a row? Cheers

No you need at least 45 hrs off every other week.

Next week is Christmas week, so how can you be working 6 days next week and having 5 days off over Christmas ?
Do you mean you worked 6 days last week and the agency want you to work 6 days this week ?
If that’s what you mean when do you finish for the Christmas holiday ?
Sorry my 6th day is tommorow my day off is wednesday so i will start a 5 day on thursday i should break up on 23 until 29th dec my agency think i can work the 23rd sorry its not clear
Assuming that you had a regular 45 hour weekly rest period last week which it sounds like you did, then you’ll be fine to work another 6 shifts.
You’ll be having a reduced weekly rest period this week (Wednesday) but you’ll be having a regular weekly rest period next week over the Christmas period so no problem.

New years day can be the reduced for that week if you want to maximise working days 
Scrub that … as you are off sat 27 + sun 28 then that is the regular weekly rest for the new year week as long as you start after 0001 hours on mon 29
