So started working for a new agency and worked last night till 9;15 this morning needed to submit my time sheet but couldnt see how so called them and was told i didn’t need to so quick cuppa and bedy byes by 11. 13:40ish due in again tonight. get a phone call at 13.40ish we need your time sheet before 3 pm i explained i had already spoken to them and was told that that was wrong and i needed to select the tick box next to each shift and hit submit. Got up as it had to be done no tick boxes so called them and was told oh sorry you don’t have to do it on your contract. Went back to bed 14:30 my phone goes again i ignore it it goes again and again a third time so i answer it. Bloody agency wanting my ni number i explained that i had submitted an old time sheet when i signed up but according to the ■■■■■■■ the phone i hadn’t. or they hadn’t received it.

I would be telling them I don’t have access to a computer. Nothing annoys me quite as much as organisations assuming I have a smart phone and can do anything on line. They can go ■■■■ 'emselves.

If you want to get paid you do it by the methods they state. They were clearly stated when you sign up for the work so if you don’t like them you shouldn’t sign up. My agency moved from paper to online and it’s one of the best things they’ve ever done. Makes it much easier to get the timesheet to them instead of trying to get it posted to them before the deadline or having to drive to their office to put it through the door at the weekend.
Sounds like a smashing agency. Well aware you didn’t finish work till 9.15 yet call you at 1400 knowing you’re in tonight.
I wonder if they ring the day lads up at 2am asking about timesheets. Shower indeed.
Soon as I’m ready for bed in the morning phone goes on do not disturb.

Ding ding ding…
We have a winner. All unknown and work related numbers are silenced and I used to wake up to all sorts of pointless twaddle that would have woken me up.
Last place I worked, you swiped in with your digi-card and all times were taken from that. Timesheets lol.

no one yet i was looking for some info as the agency sound more and more like an umbrella company with all the crap they come out with. Was looking up the legalities of advertising a job at x per hour then finding out that actually that includes holiday pay.

Payroll office have a deadline stuff has to be in. Don’t get it in, don’t get paid that week. You’d be more upset if you found that on Friday your wages weren’t in your account wouldn’t you?
Someone with half a functioning brain finishing at 9.15am would have spent an extra 10 minutes to send in their timesheet whilst they had a quick cuppa before they went to bed then they’d not be getting phone calls waking them up.
This was a situation entirely of his own making. By his own admission he finished work by 9.15am and didn’t go to bed until 11 and even took time out to phone the agency and have a cuppa before bed so he had more than plenty of time to put in the timesheet.

That’s exactly what he tried to do… complete his timesheet when he finished but he was told it wasn’t necessary .
I personally wouldn’t be upset as I wouldn’t do this gash work. I have a fully functioning brain see

i guess a fully functioning brain doesn’t require being able to understand the written word
Don’t give them your actual personal mobile phone number. They should get the pay-as-you-go SIM number that you put in your old Nokia (that gets switched off whenever you like).
Ring them from your main phone (using your minutes), with your number withheld.

Shower indeed - just half a job.
Where’s the DNA profile box and the eyeball scanner entry - don’t forget to leave a gonad as deposit for any damage or breakages.

Judging by all your stupid remarks and threads
Take a reality check THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU !!
says the person that drove past god knows how many signs telling him the way into bath and still want over a 18 tonne bridge despite the ample opportunities to turn round then posted on here asking if he was going to get a fine
