This app could help you to keep track of your hours, whilst you get to grips with drivers hours & WTD etc
I know this is an old thread but is there a setting in TruckerTimer to change from 26 to 17 week average. I’m sure there was but now I can’t seem to find it in the app

I thought the maximum ‘duty’ time for a single week was 84 hours, made up of 3 x 15 hour shifts, 3 x 13 hour shifts?

6 x 15 hour shifts if split daily rest of 3 + 9 is used = 90 hours

Never thought to consider that you could split the daily rest - Cheers

63.5 hours then. Did you use POA for any of it? If not, what you have done is illegal - you can only do 60 per week. Just keep your average below 48 - on agency that won’t be too hard. Make sure you keep an eye on it as the agency wont and if youre in and out of different clients they wont either.
Read what he’s put that’s counted without breaks so once breaks are taken in then he would be ok read before typing

Those were the times from his time sheet without breaks added so that would be hours worked. If you’re going to drag up a post that’s nearly 2 years old then take the time to read it properly yourself before criticising others
I’m not sure what people are talking about when they say “workers rights will be reduced”. Unless there is an actual plan by our incumbent government to “reduce them”.
I don’t think leaving the EU will bring adherence to EU-wide Driving times to an end - but might soften (if it needs softening) our approach to WTD which, as suggest in the post above - is a management tool rather than a line in the sand that cannot be crossed.
In other words, post-Brexit - We’ll still be required to have a break after 4.5 hours driving, no more than 9 hours a day, etc.
BUT we might have the “no more than ten hours on night shift” quietly dropped.
Post-Remain on the other hand - there will eventually be a move to harmonize British truck driving in with the wider-EU norm of “no driving at weekends” and “no driving through villages at night”.
Are we ready for that here yet?
