I’ve been useing the ipad in my truck for six months now and I’m
Very happy with it too, this was made for the trucker with all the apps
available Mapping ,key fuels , truck stop ,Skype just to name a few.
But I was wondering how many of you truckers out there have tried the
Sygic app ■■
I think it’s the best detailed sat nav ever it has very clear graphics
And voice commands ,you even get a 3d model of buildings and land
Marks in major city’s and I’ve never been caught out with speed cameras.
This app only cost me £17 but I believe it’s a little more now. GREAT VALUE.
I’d be interested to hear other comments about sygic or any other sat nav app.
I used sygic when I went to France. It’s the only time I’ve used it as I normally use a tom tom but didn’t have European maps on that. Worked well, worth the £17 for the full version I think, although don’t know if there’s a hgv version.

I sent them an e-mail asking if they was planning to do a truck version
As I would like to have bridge heights , I receive a reply and they said
they would see what they can do, I now have bridge heights on my poi
I think if enough truckers did the same by asking the question they might
