My truck is on tacho i do shift work four on four off i get all jobs from computer in truck. AA recovery.

I was planning to use my ILA on my CE, wouldn’t mind paying £25-50 or whatever it is for it anyway mate, no worries.

do you do 24 hr call 6 days a week that works out at 120 constant waiting on a job and you cant do anything or go anywere in that time that isnt to do with work all for £230 a week yes that is right £230 a week not even the advertised wage Mark(logic)!! does your tm cook your log so it looks good? do you pay out your pocket for any marks on the truck or vehicle your recovering? i was openly told today that my blue book would be falsified so you know wat my licence is worth more to than to lose it because some [zb] wants to play russian roulete with it. The job hunt is back folks!! hopefully pick up summit with the agency on the run up to christmas
Sad thing is they’ll keep hiring & firing 'till they get someone daft enuff to do it.
Most recovery co’s that I know have an inner circle of employees that are well looked after, outside that circle you are dog ■■■ & very very expendable.
If you can get on one as part of the inner circle, perhaps manning the crash unit, then the job can be brilliant.

that the safest way mate isnt it. i had the experiance of shadowing a driver who had been out for almost 30 hrs and no break 
thats wat swayed me to say no!!! how do you get in with the aa?
Just go one to the web site have a look thats what i did you dont have to know anything about cars just a class one thats it. We go all over just like any truck as long as ya tacho lets ya.
