today i went for an interview and assessment with a company and they were impressed and the only issue against me is not having 2 years experience but they say if their insurance company will put me on the insurance i have a job which would be amazing as its caravans so wide loads.
the boss of the company was great and very informative in the interview and i personally am just greatful to be given the chance by a company as i only passed my c+e on friday.
i have another assessment with another company but has anyone on here ever had it where the insurance did not approve them due to being a new start? or do you think it is likely that the insurance will allow me to be put on? if they do ill have up to 12 weeks training with an experienced 2nd man or other driver.
