infringment??

today i worked/drove for 2 hours then was on break for 90 minutes then worked/drove for 6 hrs 4 mins, then finished work so pulled card . :frowning: gonna get a wtd infringment ain’t i :unamused: :unamused:

Only 4 minutes over the 6 hours but still enough to get you an infringement I’m afraid :frowning:

Thanks guys. not worried but seems no one else monitors the wtd cept some prick in the office that has nowt better to do ( never heard of any one being done for it anyways). seems same bod who writes all h&s crap. :unamused:

Although no-one enforces the working time regulations most of the companies I’ve driven for monitor it and will give infringements for none compliance.

I know certain aspects of it are for the good of us drivers, but if no one on official circles i.e. government ant those clowns in the EU parliament then why should firms bother to issue an infringement notice. Or is it just to cover their backs.
