Just because you make a printout for each incident does not stop it being an infringement.
Also you do not state what your daily rest is for each day.
Thirdly if they were consecutive weeks then you are over your fortnightly driving limits
I did say they wern’t concurrent weeks, all legal breaks and daily rests taken!
I have been infriged for one of them examples, but also done one of the others, so want to know which one i will get infringed on the one i did last week.
(is infringed a word?)
The way I see it is that if you do 9h01 driving Monday and Tuesday and then do 9h59 driving on Wednesday that you would get done for being 59min over on Wednesday, you can’t claim the 1min over on Mon or Tue was the mistake.
So on that basis the printout in examples B and C you give is unnecessary, you’ve done nothing against the rules, you’ve simply used up one of your 10h drives for the week. Then later in the week when you do a “10h” drive an infringment has occured.
A
Mon 10hrs
Tues 10hrs
Wed 9hrs
Thu 9hrs 2mins Print out done, caught in traffic.
Fri 9hrs
B
Mon 10hrs
Tues 9hrs 4mins Print out done, caught in traffic.
Wed 10hrs
Thu 9hrs
Fri 9hrs
C
Mon 9hrs 5mins Print out done, caught in traffic.
Tues 10hrs
Wed 10hrs
Thu 9hrs
Fri 9hrs
These are not concurrent weeks, just examples.
Just want to know which day would carry the infringment.
I’m assuming you’ve had the correct breaks.
A) Thursday
B) Wednesday
C) Wednesday
The printout for weeks B and C are completely worthless because you’ve had a 10 hour drive day afterwards and that’s when you’ve exceeded the 9 hours daily driving time.

Why would you do a print out for going over you’re 9 hrs on a Monday anyway
Because I may have only wanted to do a 9 hr day.
Makes no difference, it was an extended driving day.
Week A you might get away with because it was traffic and happened after you had used your extended driving days. Weeks B and C no chance because you chose to do a third extended day after already doing 2. The printouts for the Tuesday in week B and the Monday in week C are worthless, you might as well bin them and you really don’t want to be showing them to enforcement officers.
bald bloke:

Whatever you wanted to do the fact remains that you did over 9h driving and so in the eyes of the law, regardless of if you did a printout or not, you have used up one of your 10h drives.

I just wanted to know which day would carry the infringment.
I will let you know if the analyser agrees.
