I am a complete newbie. How do you know when you get a infringement ?
Do you get told by the work place or agency or do you get a letter sent to your home address ?
As mentioned I am a complete newbie so I do apologise for the daft question.
If your working as an agency bod and you go to the same place a lot of the time they might catch you there. Otherwise it’ll be sent to the agency who should forward it to you to sign and return to them .
Most places require agency drivers to download their cards on a daily basis. Some go even further and require a download before and after each shift like our gaff. They’ll let you know straight away if you have an infringement.
