In or Out- the EU referendum mega thread

…Or got short of Gold, thinking that the Bank of England might have to flog some gold reserves to stablize the pound.

Didn’t Gordon Brown sell it all off already, around 2004?

I wasn’t talking of the Government shorting these items - but the city firms, the hedge funds, and the odd speculator like George Soros.

It’s the City that are the biggest losers out of this - 'cos they were the ones even more out of touch with the shirefolk than even Labour! :open_mouth:

The city won’t be going abroad btw. That was one of the many scare lies told to all, and can now be safely discarded. Morgan Stanley ain’t going anywhere either, now that Goldmans have taken a more stoical response to all this. - They are, if you like - having a “Leave or Remain” discussion among themselves in Masters of the Universe land right now. :sunglasses:

Did anyone expect remain to go quietly? They’ve got utter contempt for the uk. They’ve called voters racist, called the older generation ageist, they even barracked Boris hurling insults and abuse. No wonder they love the undemocratic federal state, when they can’t accept the democracy that has took us away from it. I’m so glad it was a brexit, as the deplorable way remain and their supporters have conducted themselves from start to finish, and now beyond, has shown they would’ve given this country up lock stock and barrel. If you voted remain and couldn’t get the result you wanted, please do the honourable thing and emigrate :unamused:

.While I’m sure they’d have been happy enough with the margin if they’d have won.

Having said that didn’t see any 60% margin limit rule being applied before the referendum.

Watched it all live on Sky news last night, Remain were saying while they were being smug thinking it was in the bag and it was text on the screen, A win is a win however small. Now its got thrown out of the pram with the toys.

Get over it, you lost by a million votes. ironically same as the predicted % in the end just the other way round, and that was also a result remain were happy with when it was in thier favour.

Democracy can only be used to defeat democratic people, that’s the logic of remain :unamused:

Funny that nobody here has alluded to Nigel ‘lying scumbag’ Farage’s about turn over the £350.000.000 that we would be able to spend on the NHS if we voted OUT… :grimacing:

*edit: if you voted OUT *

If you believe what someone who isn’t in government says about spending policies, then you’re going to be disappointed. Most sensible people took it as an example of what that money could be spent on

To be fair it would be reasonable to expect immediate Party reshuffles to put Eurosceptic MP’s like Kate Hoey and David Davis into positions of power and no more large scale media exposure for the remain campaign and it’s ongoing agenda.Whereas what we’ve actually got is continuous whingeing by an in campaign that refuses to accept the result and its puppet media. All looking for the slighest possibility of over turning the result with continuous references to the ‘London’ and ‘Scottish’ remain ‘majority’ and continuing incessant pro EU bs by equally Europhile MP’s.On that note if alarm bells aren’t already ringing within the Leave/GO group,or at least its voters, they should be. :unamused: :imp:

No surprise there were no complaints about the 18 limit for voting which stopped me voting in the day and the young being robbed by the old or the actual lower figure of votes for IN,in the 1975 referendum. When the issue of removing our Nation State status and handing it over to the EEC/EC/EU federation should only have been settled by nothing less than total unanimity of the vote.

Nigel Farage was never in a position to honour anything about any amount of money to the NHS. That’s for governments & MPs to decide.
Farage is neither. He’s got no promise to honor then.

Whatever the figure it’s a lot more than what we can afford to spend now with a fortune in VAT revenues/net contributions going to Juncker’s commy zb pile.

We’re out and for us the nightmare is/should be over so deal with it and hopefully the French and Danes etc will finish the job of smashing Spinelli’s commy project. :imp:

Probably could have been in my younger days as a Shore and Heffer supporter of real Labour.

As for a petition, let’s take it seriously when it breaks 17 million!

They’ll have no problem doing that.Being that they’ll view it as a vote for the Eurasian if not whole world’s Socialist and potential Socialist population, regardless of inconvenient facts like Nation State borders, against small minded little Englanders. :unamused:

It’s time for London to leave the UK

Total bs.But look on the bright side we can now see the immigrant agenda of international Socialist facilitated local enclaves self determination in its true colours.London today that would have been large parts of the country if we hadn’t stopped the zb’s now.

We’ve left the EU it’s called democracy just like 1975.Get over it. :unamused:

More Socialist inspired anti democratic bs.So he supposedly voted Leave but wanted to remain and we’re expected to believe it.It’s time that the pro remain media was busted by the police for incitement regardless of what the zb wit supposedly voted for.

How old people have screwed over the young generation - in three charts

You mean like they did in 1975.It all seemed ok then when the result went the ‘right’ way.

More proof that Socialists really don’t do democracy.

You lost deal with it we’ve left the EU and we ain’t going back.

Without these “old people” we wouldn’t have a country to call our own, these “old people” fought for our country all those years ago and they’ve stepped up and done it again in the referendum…when you’ve done as much for our country as these “old people” have then maybe someone will give a toss what your stupid links say…
