As for who had right of way the car driver did, but moron on the bike thought he would try and make it into something else as well as scraping the barrel on you tube with this non event video ,just like the two videos i have posted here, the police van black smoke,would most probably be within the limits for mot, emissions and the engine may have been cold , so unfounded non story
The vehicle check results , it even says on that very web site that it can take upto 5 days for the new mot to show on that web site, so again unproven as we don’t know when the video was recorded, these examples show just how much effort this car/bus/lorry hating Lycra wearing moron will go to to cause problems, and get hits on his sad youtube channel

More interestingly, the vid is being discussed on one of the cycling forums; without a doubt the consensus of opinion there is the cyclist is a total bell end and a complete embarrassment. It is idiots like this that cause deep resentment towards cyclist, and sadly some innocent who has never bothered anybody will pay a price.
I don’t really care who has right of way, sometimes the decision to go or wait is 50/50 and we can all get it wrong from time to time. What is unacceptable is the cyclists attitude, vile arrogant tw4t. Going from the amounts of videos on his youtube channel he seems to be getting into conflicts with others all the time, so he is either looking for trouble or he is utterly clueless in how to behave.
