Immigration hits all-time high

JeffA:
I know but the tories arnt going to say “you will only pick up dog mess with your bare hands after 25 years of laying on the couch flicking yourself off” are they? They will make everyone do it - like how they had cancer victims bending over and jumping up and down showing they were “fit for work” the day before they dropped dead.

Tories won’t be in much longer though will they.
Labour will.welcome all the ‘‘asylum seekers’’ in willy nilly with open arms to maintain their programme of diversity,.and gain more votes next time out of gratitude…they could pick the dog ■■■■ off the beach as soon as they land in their dinghies, there will be more than enough of em to make the beaches spotless…job done. :sunglasses:
Oh just thought …The European court of human rights will.step in and stop that.

Note…Seeing as I have to go back and explain every ■■■■ thing I say on here lately, to.save time can I just add the last post was not entirely serious, more tongue in cheek…
I thank you.

I certainly wouldn’t let employers use dole/prison labour - if you thought wages crashed with mass immigration just imagine how they will go down the toilet when you are competing with a bloke on £84 a week. Do you remember when they could hire young people to “work for their dole”? They were supposed to “train them up” and offer them a job at the end of 3 months. What did they actually do? After 3 months they sacked em and said “Send another one so we can have a bloke working all day who we don’t pay. This is magic”

We would all be working 50 hours for two bob a week and a blackbirds egg within 12 months.

:open_mouth:
Ok,.I can’t seem to get through to you that I don’t mean run of the mill jobs, drivers, bakers or ■■■■ candlestick makers…I mean a community service if you like, as I thought I had clarified…but there ya go.

Only people out of work with my idea would be full time beach cleaners, full time litter pickers on the sides of our roads and junctions,…neither of which exist anyway as far as I see and look.around me,.and the other jobs which are usually done voluntarily by charity workers anyway…

But anyhoo, sick of trying to get my point across for you to finally understand…,.so I’ll leave it there I think.

Yeah there are community jobs picking up litter and beach cleaners - its called “Working for the Council”. Havnt you seen council workers clearing litter on motorways?

You would put them all out of work. I cant make it any simpler than that. (How long would it take 500 dole blokes to just clear litter from your beach? A day? A week? What s your plan when thats done? What job do they do next? See how silly an idea it is?

 Aye whatever mate. Silly idea.

They appear to be doing a totally ■■■■ crap job as far as I can see,.so maybe they should be replaced by the dole ies anyway.

Let’s just keep the floodgates open for the freeloaders,.and let’s maintain the lifestyle the habitual on the dole crew are accustomed to,.and we can all live happily ever after in Socialist Nirvana whilst funding their Sky Subscriptions  . :sunglasses:

How messy is that beach you walk past?

Is this a good place to mention Universal Basic Income?

Or is this idea, (much) more than 500 years old, too new and radical for many TNUK stalwarts?

JeffA:

Minglng mate, minging.
These ‘‘full time beach cleaners’’ of yours, must have an easy life,.that’s all I.can say…and if they DID exist (they don’t) it would be like painting the Forth Bridge,.each time the tide comes in it gets even more minging.

If there’s a job that needs doing you pay someone to do it. You don’t take the urine and force someone to do it for nothing.

robroy:
I was referring to long term, habitual, virtually full time occupational dole ies…not guys temporarily out of a job (as I have repeatedly said from the start.)
Remember??..the 6 I know,.the six my mate knows, the six his mate knows, the six…you know the rest.
Oh Aye and Sploomys mate in his local boozer.

I spent several years working for Tesco on the vans doing the home shopping deliveries and I can vouch for this as I used to see it on a daily basis. Families with numerous kids at the house (probably from different Dads) the parents evidently never worked a day in their lives and never will, with all the mod cons, latest gadgets and technology and knowing that we have paid for it all, used to really make me mad knowing these people never will contribute and just take, take, take as they know they system will allow them a lifetime of doing it. Plus you know for a fact that the kids will follow in the exact same way. If you listen to the lefties though this is all propaganda and fake news put out there by the right wing press despite the fact I saw it daily with my own eyes.

I have no issue whatsoever with the benefit system for people who are genuinely sick (short or long term) or out of work for whatever reason and have every intention of returning to it or people who have contributed most of their lives but have fallen on hard times at the end and struggle to get a job because their age works against them. Those are the people who it should be there for and I have no problem contributing to that with my taxes.

Why are you so keen to go after the people on £84 a week rather than the people like Trump who pay less tax than their cleaner tho? Tax-dodging by the rich costs us far, far more than a few long term doleys. If Sunaks wife had paid her tax instead of going non-dom it would have kept hundreds of long term doleys just from her alone.

And you can’t have it both ways unfortunately - when they crack down on the long term doley they also crack down on the bloke who’se worked for 30 years. It’s £84 a week - it’s not going to break the country.

Back to square one then mate.
There IS a job that is worth doing, but they WON’T pay anybody to do that particular job,. Or those particular jobs.
So round up the habitual slackers out of the pub and off the sofa,.and utilise them to give give give,.rather than take take take, which they have done all of what should have been their ‘‘working lives’’.

Nobody loses their jobs, because despite what you keep saying,.nobody does those jobs in the real world,. nobody suffers but the countryside is a lot tidier

And what is this living on 84 quid ■■■■■■■■?
,.84 I would imagine is a basic rate,.add the rent,.add the council tax,.add the however much for each of their squad of kids, and whatever else benefit and supplement is made available to them, of which I would not
know as I have worked all my life for any money I have earned.

How many times have you heard these ■■■■ s say they would be worse off if they worked?
You are going to answer with ‘NEVER’ I.guess. :unamused:

No, the council IS picking up litter - and those jobs will go if they can get free labour. And its the thin end of the wedge - when your boss sees blokes working for free he will say “lets have doleys driving trucks”.

Aye whatever…on both points. :unamused:

Why would you want us to work for £84 while the Germans get 67%of their salary for doing absolutely nothing? Who won the war again?

You pay as much tax as the germans do but get zip back and you still think you get too much at £84! The govt must be laughing their nuts off.

The irony when you’re all for the EU system using our cash and taking our industry and jobs to make Germany great again in addition to rebuilding Eastern Europe after the ravages of Communism

Unless my eye’s and yours are deceiving us I’m not seeing anywhere in my post where I said I was okay with Donald Trump or “the rich” dodging tax nor your tangent about Sunaks wife. For the record I’m against that as well. I was commenting on the career benefit scroungers that are being discussed in this thread. If you are okay with the fact these people will never work or contribute a day in their lives and are more than happy for us to fund their lifestyles as they pop out more and more kids then you crack on, but you also must understand while the rest of get frustrated.

In France it is calculated at 75 % of the last employment, and calculated over your working life. So i am entitled to over 2000 euros a month for three years (ish) as i’ve never been unemployed.
After the 960 odd days i can go onto unemployment, recently increased due to inflation, at around 1600 euros a month.

Just the language you used - “scroungers” - its usually a sign of a certain kind of person
