The p+o boats are still having a knock on effect this morning running approx an hour late.
I get the impression that most are not aware of the exact nature of the benefits fiddle done by turning up here from anywhere abroad without papers, intent on getting the UK handouts…
Immigrants don’t get JSA as far as I know. They are not entitled to it, income based or contributions based because they don’t have any NI number when they arrive. This JSA therefore is NOT the benefit they are “getting”.
What immigrants DO get is “Jobshare” which is what you often see in these so-called “Car Wash” centres that are just about everywhere by this point…
The gaffer starts up the yard with a single job at minimum wage. That single job is then shared between say, 10 new arrivals, so effectively they are getting £25 a week.
This then entitles them to the maximum working tax credits handout, and if they’ve got kids, a load more on top of that as well.
If the same 40 hour £6.19ph job were done by only one person, then that one person would not actually get the max WTC, which is why you “jobshare” it.
Now… 10 lots of WTC is about £800pw paid out by the UK authorities to those 10 collectively, even if they are all single with no kids.
Anyone looking their way sees what appears to be a bunch of folk rushing around a car to give it a good clean…
Well, I’d say £25+£80wtc per week for a handful of hours worked is a pretty good wheeze - and you don’t ever need to turn up at the jobcentre and tell any lies to get all these handouts.
…Just in case you’re wondering why “car wash centres” always seem to have more ‘staff’ than cars waiting to be washed…
Once the illegal has “got a job”, the authorities back off chasing them as well. They’ve got their “sponsor” you might say, even if it’s merely a well-heeled countryman who’s started up that business exactly to run this proliferating fiddle that has yet to be stamped on…
A very enlightening post Winseer. Never really thought that deeply about it before now. Alarming really I reckon.
Blimey .Good job it was’nt a petrol tanker then, you would get twenty to the gallon
Excellent posts Juddian, I completely agree.
The problem is that whilst there is a growing portion of the population who recognise Lib/Lab/Con have, over the last 30 years, all had a hand in wrecking our once great country, there are still people out there (including on this forum) who ALWAYS vote for the same party…
“I always vote Labour…”
“I always vote Tory…”
Alot of the time this is because their parents did, or where they live. I live on a council estate, everyone votes for Labour or Lib Dem, the chances of them voting Tory (even if that happened to be a good thing at the time) are absolutely nil. Unfortunately the hard working tax payers there (not everyone’s a scrounges) can’t see that it was their precious Labour that handed out all those passports to people, some of whom are now sitting a home watching my money now coming poring in. Mind you, I’m really not sure the current lot are any better, but I may give them some leeway as they haven’t been in power that long.
I’m not that bothered if a man wants to legally come in to my country rand pick fruit or wash cars. However, If he wants to sit at home in a council house with his many kids, claiming x amount of thousands per year, that is NOT all right.
Our hand ringing politicians are too scared for some reason to address this and all the other problems like a crumbling NHS and stymying our beloved armed forces, but without people having a think and voting for someone different, with new ideas I really dispair for my poor country.

Could it be the case that Farage is one of those rare things, a man who speaks the truth, a man of honour?
Would say not, just another liblabcon party, Who don’t even have any real plans, but from what Farage has spouted,
The working classes won’t see any benefit from ukip wining the next election, they are all in the politics game for no one but themselves and huge financial gain ,none give a toss about the people, none have faced any real hardship in life or had to live on benefits for a long period, or if they did they have soon forgotten their roots, tossers all of them!!
I’ve been to 50+ countries on our fine planet, and even lived in one for 2+ years and for 6 months in 3 others…
and each one faces that same problem as we do…politicians, migration and taxes.
3 points, if I may?
It’s a cruel choice we face, politicians or dictators .
If you think immigration is just a problem for us, it’s not. There are many forms or migration, has any one experienced the inflated prices in the Algarve? Just because it is full of mainly English and German Ex-pats. Prices in that part of Portugal are twice most of the country and even Lisbon isn’t too bad compared with down south. Lets face it Ex-pat is just one type of migration.
Taxes are taxes, if it’s not fuel duty, it’ll be VAT, if’s it’s not VAT it’ll be taken at source (pay). ■■■■ I know but as once said by a certain cousin from over the water, “In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.” Anyone know who used the phrase first? It surprised me as I thought it was exclusive to Lincoln!!!
On a side note…
I find most peoples response to the MP’s pay rise to be quite neutral. Well they are losing some expenses and getting a bigger pay rise. Oh really, now we are just going to give them the money all the time without them having to “falsely” claim it, BRILLIANT, who thought that was a good idea.
Should have towed the tanker down to the end of the parking area and asked them if they wanted a light - must have been dark in there after all

Isn’t that what we agency drivers want from an agency though?
No bullcrap expense claims that then get thrown in your face by HMRC at the year’s end… Just a higher hourly rate to start with, so you can sit down and think “If I do 10 hours 50 miles away @ £15ph then I’m gonna make a profit on this day’s work” rather than “£8.33ph plus fuel allowance, minus umbrella fee, shift arrangement fee, Melinda fee, and fi fo fum fee.”

Er yes I suppose it is. But they are on much more than us and it is every ones taxes that pay their wages to improve our way of life, us, the voter.

That’s a good post Winseer, but I can add this.
No NI number, allegedly (source, Romanian guy that worked with me via an agency) you buy the NINO, costs £100 ish (processing fees I expect). Admittedly, MMTM, but depends on if he was getting someone to do it for him.
As for the whole jobshare thing, I’m not convinced on this. Mainly because I’ve worked as a valeter.
No cars in, no pay. So not paid per hour.
So to my mind, when the fifteen people working washing cars are working they’re earning a share of the fee that the car owner will pay.
I’ve also been told they have to pay fees too, to account for the chemicals used (etc) to the point where having a min wage would be a pay rise !
Again, MMTM, but he was Polish, and would get a lot further inquiring into other peoples (immigrant) wages than I would.

Might be time to support your local British Freedom Fighter or just leave it to a Military Coup we have as a working man no say what so ever in how our country is run.
Would…Will?..UKIP be any different in this very undemocratic ‘democratic’ country. The Peasants Revolt and we are the Peasants. And I am quite sure everyone believes
our elected representatives are worth a 11% increase, does that not show the utter contempt for the public these cretins actually have. Will the British ever waken up■■?Yes we do have a say, the vote, but if people continue lemming like to vote for the three stooges who, whilst lining their own pockets nicely, have led us into the toilet, then more of the same will follow as night follows day.
Possibly a better definition of lunacy one could not imagine, they’ve led us to the sewer for the past 30 years as they systematically sold the nations silver to subsidise the great experiment, and people still wish to vote the cabal of traitors back in…‘‘oh they’ll be better this time, cons are better than lab blah blah’’…in reality there isn’t a ■■■ paper between them but people soak up propaganda like sponges.
We’ll have another liblabcon govt next time and shocking though it may seem we’ll carry on down the same road, more integration with the EU, more lies and millions more immigrants, more houses desperately needed to house them, more lucrative wars and American desired regime changes in the middle east, more £billions borrowed in our childrens name to bribe foreign oil rich and nuclear power nations, you really couldn’t make it up.
Would UKIP be any better, an excellent question, who knows?
What we do know is that the present liblabcon party will continue down the same road, they’ll all talk the right talk as the election approaches…re-negotiate our EU membership (as if thats even remotely genuinly possible)…deal with immigration (massage the figures)…fix the economy (borrow even more that the constantly increasing present)
No i don’t suppose Farage wears his underpants on the outside either, but for 30 years of both indeed all three factions of the one party state that is liblabcon have led us to where we are now, Farage and his mob at least make their intentions clear, they intend to remove us from the EU politically and to recommence worldwide trading independantly, just as we did for thousands of years before the EUSSR became our master.
Yes i think the British have started to waken up, millions of us now no longer get our news from the state broadcaster or the newspaper/independant (read highly profit motivated cabal) television media, we find out via the web news with a different slant and with different motivation behind it and those us still capable of independant thought are better able to take a balanced view, we no longer believe what we are told by the state.
Its extremely liberating.
The recent murder of Lee Rigby (please God may that poor chap rest in peace) shocked the nation, the brutal reality of how cheap normal peoples lives are in the eyes of those who lead us was piped into our homes before the media could soften the impact and come up with the right censored version for public consumption…it showed the truth that our leaders have allowed indeed encouraged mindless savages to walk our streets.
Indeed it can’t have escaped many that there was more furore in the press in the following days and weeks and far more police action over the EDL having the temerity to protest…there can be few people who haven’t at last started to see through it all.
Will any of it make a difference?, no not a jot, the indoctrinated British public will do as they are told again and vote the same bunch of dishonourable liars theives traitors and con men (with few honourable exceptions) back in again for more of the same, lessons have been learned things will be different next time ho ho ho…again the electorate will get the govt they deserve, and on it goes.
Brilliantly eloquent analysis. You only have to take a look at that robot, android milliband to glean an overview of the way the game is played out.He looks like a joke,he is a joke for a very good reason,it gives the present lot of corporate knobshiners a free run to ram home the recent Bilderberg directives llayed down at this years conference,‘gm foods’ ?that’l do nicely…‘screw the poor further?’…be rude not to.The general intellectual awareness in blighty is beyond shocking, anyone who votes and participates in this sham are worthy of the foulest contempt. This nation of ours will never evolve as long as it’s considered normal to have a ‘royal family’ they are ■■■■■■■ parasites and need overthrowing urgently
They should have filled the tanker with water and drowned the gits.
They will still get a free ride in a detention centre for couple of years with money provided for by the British tax payers.
I’m an immigrant, but I emigrated to take advantage of the opportunity that Canada has to offer. I have had no financial assistance whatsoever.
Contrast this with the average immigrants in Britain, they only come to take advantage of the benefit system and welfare state.
You could say that the Sub Saharan Africans or Romanian Gypsies come for a civilised lifestyle, with running water blah, blah, blah, but if that was the case, they would stop in Spain, France or Germany, instead they have to break into vehicles or pay for passage through the only ‘solid’ internal border in Europe.
They do this as it is what the Euro politicians want, get all the ‘dregs’ on an island, away from the European Mainland so the European People can live as they always have.
Britain is the new Australia, but with immigrants rather than convicts
I’m an immigrant too and the same as nmm we got no assistance whatsoever. The difference is that there were jobs going and I started work straight away and have paid my taxes here since 1974. Over there of course, there ain’t any jobs, but it’s still welcome one and all. It’s the same here nowadays, no jobs and let 'em all in, feed 'em and house ‘e out of the public ■■■■■. We get the illegals by the boatload, they’ve left wherever they started and come halfway across the world to get to Australia via Indonesia, why ffs. Successive Aussie governments are ■■■■ scared of Indo’. We also pay for the R.A.N to go and rescue these gits that pay big money to jump the queue and then have the ■■■■■■■ cheek to call theirselves refugees. Indo’s like France, they don’t give a toss as long as they don’t hang about.
An idea for tankers is to fill 'em up with something horrible when they’re going back to England… might keep the ■■■■■■■■ out of 'em.

Juddian,if ‘Farage and his mob’ are successful snippety snip snip snip …Reap what you vote for folks.
The problem with Farage is that he has no experience in government ,it’s a bit like allowing someone out in an oversize load when they have only driven a Punto .He says what people want to hear and people are soaking up his propaganda like a sponge,i’ve read his manifesto and wonder how he will pay for it all .Yes, i want us out of the EU ,yes ,i want less immigration and yes i want a pay rise but i am under no illusion that no matter who is in power we are only going to get a little nibble untill the voting is done
