Just had a call to say I am booked for an assessment with Iceland Livingston tomorrow, anyone done this? What can I expect and what should I watch out for?

I’m going to guess you turned up and got sent away because they demand a minimum age and experience.
Because of me, they were shafted for age discrimination.
Take my advice, if you did manage to get around the first part (drugs test and drive) don’t go to the second part.
Take my advice from someone there before you.

In short, they expect you to undergo 12 hours of unpaid assessments, training and so forth.
Passed drink and drug test only to be told they only had 1 maybe 2 days max, waste of time

However that is one or two days that you would not have had. Surely that’s important to getting that experience up
Yeh, again not what was advertised tho 
got another couple agencies thinking their going to have long term full time next couple weeks
