Well itās says heā took 15 min bbreaks at the times he should have accumulated at least 30 mins as WTD says 30 min break for every 6 hours consecutive workā¦ have I got the wrong end of the stick ?
Perfectly legal. I have done similar. He didnāt need to have his 2nd 15 min break before 3pm because his shift is longer than 9 hours.

In the first post the breaks could have been like this ā¦
0600 - 1200 work
1200 - 1220 break
1220 - 1820 work
1820 - 1845 break
1845 - 2100 work
Or this ā¦
0600 - 1200 work
1200 - 1215 break
1215 - 1815 work
1815 - 1830 break
1830 - 2030 work
2030 - 2045 break
2045 - 2100 work

Yeah you picked up the [zb] end!!
[Zb] knows then can someone explain to me how you can have 15 min breaks every 6 hours because I think he should be having 30 minutes worth within that time period
